Heritage Insurance Service, a Marsh McLennan Agency company, was founded on July 11th, 1974 by Steven L. Turner. He had a vision of providing quality insurance products at affordable prices to people all across the country. Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, we originally serviced only the southeastern United States, but now have offices across the U.S. In 2020, Heritage Insurance Service joined Marsh & McLennan Agency. Through this acquisition, we have gained valuable resources and talent that enable us to better serve our clients.

We take pride in customer satisfaction and originally joined the Better Business Bureau on  July 1st, 1979. We have remained in good standing, and our headquarters is currently rated A+ by Kentucky Better Business Bureau.
